Communicate repairs needed on our campus. The facilities committee will receive these reports and delegate someone to address them.
Request enforcement of community agreements (HOA policies, CC&Rs, and other rules). The Enforcement Team receives these reports and handles them in accordance with established procedures approved by the community.
Use this log to document repeated behaviors—such as loud disruptions, aggressiveness, misuse of shared spaces, or suspicious activity—that negatively impact your experience in the community but may not violate a specific written rule. The Enforcement Team tracks patterns makes decisions to address them based on community input and California law.
